Forced Into Irrelevancy--The Power of Jesse Jackson's Tears or Damn it, I Should be President!

Jesse, I want to twist his nuts off, Jackson has conjured up some magical tears it seems. Jesse Jackson, professional ambulance chaser and victomologist will undoubtedly spin his public display of emotion at seeing a Black man elected president into some new version of a "I held Martin as he lay dying" collage of half-truths.

I think the caption of this photo should read "Tears of Frustration" or perhaps "Come on, I got to cry on cue so I can be all over the news."

Respectable negroes and our white allies, how would you caption the above photo?

The caption to Jesse Jackson's crying picture: "Why, oh why, does he have to be half white?"

If only I had a truth telling mentor to disown, to prove I was a good boy, maybe then I could have been President.

Victomologist!

I thought the respectable negroes name was Ironic I guess not! Sounds like something Rush Limbaugh would say.

He looks sad but pensive, so I imagine this to be the most accurate caption:

"I still can't stop wondering what Obamas' severed testicles would've looked like in my china cabinet...shoulda done it when I had the chance!*unauthentic sobs*"

-THE Rev. Jesse Jackson

I hesitate to comment...Respectable Negroes are a tough crowd! I'd like to give him the benefit of the doubt and see Reverend Jackson in the context of his generation and time. I imagined when I saw him that the memories of the struggle and of those who fought to see this moment come about were with him. I imagined perhaps I was seeing a man who realized he was seeing the end of one era and the beginning of another.

This asshole should be crying. Al Sharpton and Jesse have been giving the African American community a bad name all of these years. I'm glad we have a better role model to look up to than these two false prophets and rappers, athletes, etc. Jesse and Al, you're not needed anymore. You're both irrelevant. buh bye!!!!

Yeah, I'm not a huge fan but I thought he was genuinely moved by the historic moment.

His reaction was a combination of joy at the enormity of the moment and sadness at the realization that the final shovelfuls of dirt are being thrown on the coffin that contains his relevance.

I kid. Give him a break. He deserves it.

You know, it rarely hurts to be gracious. And to see that the human heart is really just the human heart.
